QUOTE(Putraskyline @ Sep 6 2008, 11:36 PM) Hi Is Taman Yarl safe for living? There're lots of newly developed semi-D and bungalows over there that is patchy and perhaps developed without developers' permit. Do you think its worth to purchase?

location wise, taman desa is superb i was quoted for 580k for a double story there sometime ago(i think in 2007).....but I didnt buy, no money I think, the best thing u can do is, as a valuer to value the current market price.......then compare to what renovation that has been done........

Getting Started

|
All depends on location and size.
Example Desa Mesra will fetch higher price than Desa Utama as the latter is along the main road
Not all links in Taman Desa comes in consistent size. Eg. Desa Makmur normally around 22x80 while Desa Mesra or Utama may have units that have long driveways or long backyard 22x100 to 120ft
And also if its Bukit Desa some of them are leasehold units
So range can be from RM600K to RM750K
