How to install themes for your iPhone3G? Does winterboard works only for jailbreak iPhone?

Ok, this is the answer that I was looking for. No customise theme on official iPhone3G although I really hope there is. Appreciated.

For those who thought they have bigger birdbrains or whatsoever superior brains, think twice before you flame or being sarcastism. I just got the phone not more than a week time. I wish I have time to do research over the web, hence such ques occured in my mind as I preciously owned a jailbreak iPhone2G...
