I realised lately that certain themes slows down your iPhone alot ..
Espescially :

Weather widgets
Wallpaper that is big in size (kb)
Dim wallpaper, yes this will slows down slightly, just enable/disable and try slide to the next page of Apps and you will see the difference.

Now i am totally on iPhone diet theme, using only tenuis and a 10kb wallpaper.. and it's super fast and crashes has decreased alot ..

Be patience .. sometimes you need to reboot your iPhone and the updates will be gone ..

There's even times i need to update twice to make the update alert goes away ..

Drag it all to the last screen?
I don't see any harm by not deleting it ..

iNav requires alot of blank apps ..
Basically it's 10 blank apps on each page with the 11th icon to be the large icon on each page ..

For easier installation, go to safe mode and then arrange your icons ..
Make sure the bottom part consists of 4 icons with 3 blank and the Setting on the bottom right.

That is inaccurate, using certain Winterboard stuff will cause the phone to eats up more resources, such as Dim Wallpaper, vWallpaper, the weather thingy, large icons such as iNav and other stuff ..

You'll notice the different when you pulls down the SB settings and looked at the "Available Memory" .. iNav taken alot resources until i am left with about 20mb of memory.
While i uses Orbz theme i able to get about 36mb memory available ..

It's your choice really, to have a nice theme but sluggish usage or average but much more stable enviroment.
