Our engine not suited to use RON92, the minimum is RON95, if you pump RON92 into it the ECU can compensate up to a degree before it starts to detonate and in the long run will spoil the engine conrods and pistons, but if you guys insist on using for the sake of few ringgit over the lifespan of your engine go ahead

QUOTE(jacky5283 @ Sep 3 2008, 05:44 PM) Erm guys, my mom owns Saga BLM Full Spec Auto. But however, when i use it to climb genting, it sucks my heart out middle of the mountain!!! You try my auto and see, i have no problems climbing hills, i notice that our car after a good trash gives more power. I was driving my car hard the previous day redlining few times and touching speeds 165kmph and notice my throttle response was so much better the next day ,so wierd I use low or 2nd gear, but the car just cant climb! Even on normal roads, oh shit, the car just can't switch between first and second gear... Is this a common problem for Saga BLM or its mine? If so, what is the root of the problem? How should i fix it? Another thing is sometimes driver problem, when the rpm is dropping below 4k drop gear and rev it up to 6k before upshifting to 2nd and maintain a high rev profile for max power, campro is a high rev engine and most ppl are not used to it during the initial phase of driving it. There's a saying that a good driver can add 20% more power to a car. This post has been edited by -storm-: Sep 3 2008, 07:15 PM |

Lol talking bout FWD, i didt know our saga can drift, i was hard cornering just now and my front tyres lost traction so basically i was going side ways with the front tyre freewheeling and i blip the throttle to regain control....lol got one guy look at me mata terbeliak. Must be the wet road.

QUOTE(jacky5283 @ Sep 3 2008, 07:49 PM) Guys, then i think my Saga has some problems then... Try trashing the car a bit rev till redline and speed around...see if that breaks in your engine or not, i scare you baby(manja) your car too much till it went into sleep mode. Its like, when it starts to crawl (pick up), it is damn like a cow, get what i mean, the gear won't change, u can feel it. You step on the pedal, the rev meter won't increase, you have to wait for very long, even after the engines warmed up. My experience going up hills, esspecially genting, i put 2nd gear, oh shit, the car won't respone to my throttle input, i need to step all the way down, then the rev willl boost up so high, around 4k 5k, then it only changes gear or gain speed... if not it will maintain at around 20kph... Eh, this is very serious... |

Ya our steering is a bit stiff compare to other cars, takes time getting use to it, try adding strut bar it helps with the steering response, most of the regular TT members here including me added the bar and we get quite a good response from it. People who dono how to drive only will say its unstable...keke just joking, just know your car limit and you will be save, sometimes i push it too hard i get unexpected results like understeer and car jumping...
