iPhone speaker not working, 1 of 2 speakier not working... normal??

No offense but this is what happen when you just go with the flow on current technology innovation without actually learning the product. Everyone goes, "I want this, I got to own this!" but in mind they have no idea how to use it and what the device is capable of.
