the back cover color are fix i guess,
white n79 : brown, green, cyan
grey n79 : white, red, blue



is this nokia map ? if ya then my ap set work with it...
the keypad is hard and solid, a bit hard to press for me, my thumbs get pain while texting with it, but feeling better now as use to it.
everthing smooth and no lag like the slide button for lock and unlock on the top of phone fast located with garmin
the camera ... normal lo... (for me) ring tones volume its soft ... (for me)
fully charge the phone last nite, juz drop 1 bar battery life till now, normal usage with calling and sms / music player / games / setting / gps ... not bad ... (for me)
hope nokia will release and sell n79 back cover separately at the future....

and 1 st2pid question, any charge if i locate with Garmin ? GPRS charge ? 3g charge ? or no charge ....

still looking someone to swap(sell) his/her white back cover with me ... ^^ thx

how i know whether A-GPS was switched on or off ?

renee had free me a screen protector for n79 while purchase the phone from him, it has 3 pieces inside, front screen and 2 piece for back cover...
but i never use it as wrap whole the phone by transparent skin in shop

anyone share his setting for Garmin Mobile XT map/display/routing setting ?
feel like my garmin look a bit cacat and deferent with others , lol

ap come with Nokia Maps also , can install third party GPS software as well, like Garmin / mapking etc

wats the icon (2arrows) means and work?
appear after i quit Garmin or online ...
didnt use nokia phone before

feel that the picture contain many noise if no bright enuf at the place u took the photo
overall is like a better 3.2mp camera for me but still ok for daily and normal shot

but feel that the ui was smooth and doesnt slow 0.0" didnt feel any lag yet

about the wifi, if you connect through a wlan that security available then have to enter the security code to access with it. otherwise its juz connect directly
agree with idoblu that the wifi searching is strong enuf, can detect far away wifi signal.
satisfied with the browsing speed as i only run MSN messenger and browse net/forum.

im not heavey gamer on HP oso, so juz play it while waiting for someone or something,
getting better after get use of the keypads/buttons ...

the sound is clear but weak for me, not loud enuf
navil wheel is good for me, use it for browse my photo everyday

smudge magnet ? still ok as wrap it with transparent skin since day 2 i bought....

smaller size and white color phones was always my first choice,
overall its a good phone for its price range for me,
the only thing i dun like was the phone strap design, i cant apply 2 phone strap at the same time = ="

how they charge? all the way we run GPS software like Garmin ?

all the themes are at the phone, so i think the chip with those smart cover was juz active those color themes from your phone,
but those theme look a bit cacat for me, juz color deferent .... no design or creative enough

at least like this ma ...

anywhere i bought my white back cover from a lyn forumer, he own a grey set,
rm60 with postage i bought from him, exp huh ? wat to do as i like white lol


the green cover doesnt as sharp as the photo seen from net, more like malay's green ang pao color, dun like it...
prefer white , brown and red ...
