trivia:

i just read somewhere that the awesome guitar solo of Kreator's Murder Fantasy was done by Michael Amott of Arch Enemy / Carcass...no wonder the guitar solo is so damn fine...the guitar solo in that Kreator album was really one of the high points of the album to me.

I've actually been hooked to Arch Enemy ever since i saw their live dvd and heard a couple of songs which have some really awesome guitar solos..now since i'm a fan of M. Amott - really have to find more of his earlier suff from Carcass...this due really has good melodies

btw - u guys have to watch the dvd concerts of Arch Enemy, esp the recent one live in Japan...the whole team with Angela fronting - they're just mind blowing! Was never a big fan of death metal (was sticking to thrash only since the early days) - but Arch Enemy really has brought me into another exciting realm of metal-ness...hehe
