Do you guys leave your overclocking settings for both graphic card and CPU 24 hours a day? Or just when you are playing games?

My gfx card is ald pre-overclocked and pretty much near its peak, so I dont touch it. My proc and ram are overclocked 24/7, but I run EIST and speedstep. The irony is, even with both features activated, my vcore n clockspeed are higher than stock tongue.gif

2 sets. First set of settings are the highest attainable on my hardware, but not safe for 24/7. I use this for benching.

Second set of settings are backed down on the timings and voltages. This I run 24/7 =p

2nd.

Besides, without any load, temps should be fine - if you're OC'd 24/7 and play games 23/6, that might be a different story.

I don't OC my comp at work and my computer at home is only on a few hours a day.

I would say if cooling is done properly.
There is no problem running full load for 24/7. smile.gif
