How long do you put your OC settings?

2 sets. First set of settings are the highest attainable on my hardware, but not safe for 24/7. I use this for benching.
Second set of settings are backed down on the timings and voltages. This I run 24/7 =p |

It's very difficult to fry a Core 2 processor with temperature. Voltage - now that's another thing =p
