Backup the AddressBook.sqlitedb (contain the numbers) and AddressBookImages.sqlitedb (contain the contact pics) from /private/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook * Calendar Backup the calendar event from Calendar.sqlitedb /private/var/mobile/Library/Calendar |
