i went to service my car
here is what i did

1xdono wat air filter
1x coolant
1x idemitsu touring semi syn
1x toyota atf 4 liter + 1 left over liter after the shop fella kena taruk ( coz i said need 5 liter, he said 4 enuf..fill in ngam ngam say not enuf) get 1 liter free.

Im thinking..the toyota atf t-IV is it compatible? he said its better than mitsubishi one coz it can stand higher heat. is it true? i had no choice coz the rest of the shops were all pack coz people service to travel back kampung

i notice something today while driving for about 60km.

my gear change is smoother than when the proton oil..spf 3 or something.
its not incognito feeling or watever...coz i change atf oil 2 times already. now i change at 56k mileage and this has to be the smoothest so far with this toyota oil. like cannot feel gear change but rev meter show me it has upshifted.

im not sure if it will spoil my gearbox but i assume smooth is good right?

btw, im reading on this damper thing and i wonder can we change our dampers( or is this just another name for absorber) to a better one? i rode on a friends new nissan sentra and the dampers was awesome....cant feel the road bumps ( or atleast its super quiet)

screw the enviroment.

i'l plug my cat con back on the day i see there's not one bus emitting black smoke......its sooo black and dirty even when i drive at the back of them after rain, i can see black dots on my bonet.....thank god it goes away after a good wash.

So i think my emission can still be considered okay compared to these

i had a history of getting robbed of my wiper.

this is even worst...i was using those silikon ones....and one stupid thief stole one side.....which i did not realise until it was raining heavily and i had to turn on my wipers......1-2 turns and i realise my right wiper is not htere.

instead, i was greeted with a scratching sound and true enough my front window got scratched....and its a long scratch..the size of the full radius the wiper goes back and fourth.....cry.gif even dr. cermin also cant fix it

just did soundproofing on my car

area's done is my boot and engine comparment

engine compartment consist of;
adding another layer to my hood cover via sound damping roll
covering my firewall area with sound damping roll

boot area consist off
adding sound damping roll onto my top boot part ( the one that pops out coz from the looks of it, its empty like tin kosong ( added 2 layer)

covered my boot floorspace with sound damping material along with rear wheel absorber mounting area

now the result is
i can only hear my engine hum! yeehaaw!

as for my rear, the bass is tighter and the dod dod dod sound going on those yellow crossings are not that obvious. i only hear a slight du du du sound.

next target will be to do my doors ....i'm starting to love the car now.

only problem now is i need to find a solution for the wind noise from the windows sometimes
