hmmp...if can't solve with software then = hardware problem,hardware is not a big deal.
by the way what u mean middle of playing fail~ half way hang? auto off?
with my exp,
Hardware
1. somethings TER-short on the mobo(wire)
2. out of volt/signal to CPU(resistor problem)
3. voltage overload,(capacitor problem/power ic)
4. memory slot problem (will kill ur data in memory card/psp)
5. battery(Seldom)
6. bad connection between those ic and mobo~

2 choices for u?
first with box,
second without box.

with box = + bass + volume + size + vibration
without box = - bass -size thumbup.gif more treble~

i mod with box coz wanna more bass + as my psp stand when i play with joystick... lol rclxms.gif

nope...no switch, i connected to the ori speaker~ i think about the problem u facing b4~ + i dun wan add switch and when i plug my headphone, my light + speaker will turn off, save battery~ tongue.gif

+ it would only work on phat. slim dunt have wire.

erm...i means mod the psp mobo~ actually those resistor(original on board resistor) are limited the current flow from the ic to the speaker to avoid the speaker broken and come out with the good sound quality~if u mod this resistor, change ur speaker together, look for high ohm speaker. i dunno well about the psp slim..i think is the same theory~
