 Autosuft Cc at Subang Jaya, What do you think of it?

What do you think of Autosuft in ss15?

From my point of view, i notice that the customers services seems to have some kind of Face Problem when facing the customers.
And i Notice that the Connection there are Suck and Laggy.
When asking the problem, i remember once the Super visor of the shop said: "Please la, You go and ask people who are BT in the shop to stop download so that the connection would be better."

This is what i notice so far. anyone wanted to add up what i misses?

autosurf used to be nice long long ago but now idk u think that is worse try going to silversurfer it used to be infront of taylors now i think closed down di that was the "best" customer service i ever seen how they scream at you when your pc got problem and how they cbf to do anything at all but press the reset button...mouse prob press reset button very classy cc

I'd stopped visiting Autosurf after 5 visits trying to play WOW there. Sorry to say that thier customer servce sucks, i'd dealt with around 6 different workers and only 1 of them is nice. The connection is sucky at times, most of thier employee is sucky. They ignore people standing at the counter, they won't change RM50, they give you those i-just- lost-a-family-member faces that makes you want to pass them a tissue box, they make you wait while they surfnet/online-games.

Even the foreign workers at FTZ has better customer service.

The only good thing about the place is that its cleaner than most other CC, the look & feel is better, WOW versions updated and most addons loaded. Just watch out for those fcuk faces, it spreads like a flu

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear all the displeasure about my cc. May I know exactly what are the problems you guys are facing? I would love to listen to any complains here wink.gif

I must admit its hard to get good workers before, but right now we are improving our customer service by changing most of the staff already. To all the customers my staff have offended in any way, I hereby apologize for their actions here. Sorry guys and gals.

As for the Internet line problem we are as frustrated with our ISP as you guys are with us sad.gif We are already sourcing for feasible alternatives and hopefully next year new ISP(s) are entering the market. Complains have been made many times and the line is still like this, and sometimes our ISP just blows...whole area down, connection to overseas down etc etc...

Well guys feel free to post any comments and complains or even suggestions, I will be very thankful for them. Once again I apologize for all the frustrations experienced by you all.

Well about source, actually I don't have one, that is why I used the word "hopefully" sad.gif

But I have been sourcing around for new ISPs and there are more and more names popping out.

Below is a website with a list of ISPs available in Malaysia

However, there are many more I've heard before OR approached me and are not in the list. So unless they become commercialised, I won't be changing my ISP anytime soon because most of them aren't feasible OR they still uses the same backbone as tmnet (end result = same)

Anyone has a good ISP to introduce to me?

I always thought that that site was more as a crowd-puller for his main purpose i.e. his advertising business and that he was using the streamyx angst to his advantage and not to ours.

for example that PenangFon are using fiber optic n they only charging rm60/month for 2mb

they using normal LAN cables connecting user to user, only the "INTRANET" backbone is fiber, and that is just connecting 1 area to another. but again, overseas, using tmnut international backbone. lulz

Yeah that was what i was thinking as well.
"Real" broadband like the ones used by hotels or multi national companies, are usually from overseas and they are specially installed. And they usually costs a lot more than our local ones. From what i heard some hotels have 10mb lines drool.gif which cost over 300k per annum rclxub.gif

still could be better than tmnut, like for torrenting, for example, if you get local peers, speeds can be REALLY fast. like few hundred KB/sec (2mbit line should be on the 250KB/sec range)

or say, malaysian FPS (CS/BF/HL/TF2 etc etc) online servers.

broadband ? malaysia ? ive almost forgotten the name redi lor. in my area almost nothing workd , tried all. celcom , digi , maxis all useless. Regardless screamyx is sux but to be honest its still the BEST isp in malaysia. sad.gif

ok i just stumble on this topic out of the blue.
I'm am one of the worker who used to give the long faces to the customers during my time at autosurf.

i do know i do not deserve the Highest discount percent of the Autosuft member. There for no argument on that.

The thing i Do not happy is Are the Customer services ARE Allow to Give Customers A Face to Face Warning?
When i notice my discount was deducted i ask the customers what is happening.
The first Supervisor do not reply much by simply said : "I don know wor, It must be Odin setting it." end of statement without proper explanation.
The second supervisor is much more friendly by at lease telling me that Autosuft are changing their services operation.
Ok since explanation is acceptable i would forget it and move on.

But it not over like that.
One week later, there is this Lengchai Customer services which i got to know a little from him saw me in the Autosuft and decided to call me out.
I tot what happend, but when outsite the shop. He give me the Face to Face warning telling me i Should behave a little during my visit at Autosurt.
As the first customer services one who i was asking what happend during the changes Bo Song with my attitute and ask me to be careful as after i walk out of the shop.

Mind explain this?

He's an unhappy worker in Autosuft, because:

He works there but got his discount for playing in the cafe deducted.

A handsome supervisor somehow called him out when he was enjoying his 'discounted time' in the cafe(he was the customer at that moment) and that handsome guy somehow dislikes him for some reason?

Is my translation correct or horribly flawed?

I would say no. Because i not a good essay writer. And I never got a proper Education if you asking me, not to mention people who have the chance to study wasting their time playing games skipping their classes.

The point is do you treat your customers with Warnings or Smile?

1)u shouldnt bang the table and shout at the staff, u did it as a staff, now u're doing it as a customer
2)what ethical standard do u expect from parttimers who just started working, it might be their 1st job,they're learning, u learned didnt u
3)the guy who warned u is not a staff, he stopped working months ago, he's upset tat u shouted at the new staff

You are doing a service business, in which you providing services which involves people themselves not goods/items. It is a practices of a services crew to throw away emotions and personal problem during working/servicing customer. That is a basic rule in a hospitality field of work.

You sir, need to gave pleasant presentation of your company, crew and service at all time during working period. When the customer is not happy with you, its not their fault, its yours. get it?

And if you think opening and operating cyber cafe got nothing to do with hospitality industry? you are dead wrong, its a cafe in the first place right? so whatever happen, your customer always win in Hospitality field.

im not speaking on behalf of autosurf, i do not, represent autosurf.

i did say they're new, they're learning, didnt i?

as for loser_yuyu23 case, its just an exstaff getting a telling off by another exstaff, i think all of the current staffs are doing well. if u dont think they r, feel free to tell it to any1 incharge, im sure they'll do something about it.

for the "i just lost a family member" face, im an exstaff at autosurf, im sorry that im not good looking enough that u get upset about it, but sadly, my look is like that, but i have no doubt on my performance n service.

But i don like to go the autosurt at subang jaya there..becoz the first time i went there.. the staff are so inpolite and rude.. seems like wanna whack me..
I juz asking for the package which i wanted to play..

As the customers, don we have the rights to ask what we want?
So, after that, i prefer go FTZ or JS.. coz autosuft there have no manner staff working over there..

Been a Member of Autosurf since 99. Gotta say those were the good old days when CS, SC, Red Alert, Delta Force, Diablo 2 and Half Life was the games we play. Wonder what happened to Prince, behringer, Shawn(or Shaun) and City? Always gamed with them and supper after that.

Over the years there have been a lot of changes with the staff. I remember one thing that always bothered me was the "rude" customers who always bang the table, mouse or keyboard in anger when losing. Drama was very common during the early years. Sometimes late at night people would be out fighting in the streets near "Daruls" for god knows what reason. 1 general bit I like was the Staff back in 98-03 was very nice. And they served Bubble Tea!

As a customer when you are having problems with the service, you should calmly approach the staff and get them to take a look into your problem. If you are gonna approach the counter and start yelling and chewing the staff's head off before he/she fixes your problem, chances are you are not gonna be liked regardless of whether you were right or wrong in doing so cause nobody likes to be yelled at all of a sudden.

Its hard to recruit good people to work for you these days, and its even harder to get people to work under conditions where the customers are trying to make the staffs' life a living hell. A little politeness on both sides goes a long way.

I'm Raymond's partner now wink.gif hes still the boss and very busy with other things as well. So me and his wife are running things for him ATM. Yeah I missed those CS, SC days.

Not sure about Beh,Uptempo (shaun), City and Prince now, but last i heard they are fine. Yum char with them a few months ago.

As for the bubble tea, the lady got married and stopped their business already hehe. Married jor no need work so song tongue.gif

Nothing in my post did mentioned that we do not emphasize on customer service. As a matter of fact we are actually improving our customer service and that is why many of my staff has already been changed. As for this "customer" of mine, I think hes an ex staff but I'm not sure about it.

Those banging table, getting threatened thingy etc I have heard about them but not sure about the facts. So based on the facts here, I assume that the story goes like this.

lozer_yuyu23 was an ex-staff. Ex-staff enjoys 50% discount when playing at autosurf. However, we are changing that to 30% right now because we feel 50% is really too much sad.gif. So I changed all the ex-staff member discount to 30%.

Somehow, this lozer_yuyu23 got infuriated while all my other ex staff didn't. So he went to my cashier and bang on the table and ran his mouth off.
Then he created multiple accounts on LYN and called my staff names...AKA MR.autosuft ( man this guy can't even spell my cc's name after working here )

I'm not exactly sure about the telling off, what happened outside my cc is out of my control. All I know is, if he would just give me a call (yes he has my number!) and demand for an explanation, I would have told him nicely what is happening.

From experience, usually people that got told off are usually those with low EQ. My staff or ex staff (I'm not sure who told him off) have a better EQ than him. Based on the fact that MR.autosuft realised his discount got decreased by 20% and he went EMO and bang table,ran his mouth off and called ppl names on forum.

While my staff/ex staff got shouted at and called names, he merely told him off, in a nice way or not I'm not sure but at least he didnt go bang his head or lost his cool when Mr.Autosuft approach him at the counter etc.

So I would say my staff handled the situation pretty well and it was very matured.

In the near future we are putting up a customer suggestions/complains box at our counter, and our staff on duty will have a tag with their name on it. Once again this shows that customer service is one of our top priority.

so let me get this straight this is a world of warcraft forum which turned out to be a cc complain forum which turned out to be a QQ i got warned forum which turned out to be a can i have sex with your staff forum?

did i miss anything?

btw i started playing wow in autosurf i loved the staff back then they were so polite and i used to camp there for 18-20hours so i bet they loved me toooo....

well ! all i know is his home pc is using for download porn & hentai !! and every time ask him why come to cc play he say pc at home low performance ! and he say if he got a better pc ! he would rather play at home !

autosurf is the best place to play wow..pc is always uptodate, come with preinstalled mods, blah blah etc. anyway that is 2 years ago..i stop playing WoW because streamyx totally blows my ass.

as we all used to say..what is WoW without being able to raid?

Used to bump into autosurf at times when my nearby CC is down or sumthing. One thing i noticed bout autosurf is that there's 2 type of service. The normal "what do u want, where u wanna sit, i dun know u service" and the "hey u again whats happening makan edi? service" It happens in all service industries but maybe can try to make it not so apparent.

I also noticed some staff last time were logged into the PC while on duty and when I went to the counter to log on or log off they would gimme the "what the f*** cant u see im trying to farm face" lol. But thats also ok for me cos im not a regular and dont intend to be even though at that time i spent a min 10 hrs per day gaming everyday lol. My usual hangout was a hell hole but they made me feel like i was a king.

Reputation for a service like industry is very important especially when it reflects the mannerisms of your establishment. Especially after setting up my event management company, the old adage "the customer is always right " rings even louder these days.

I've been playing at Auto for close to 3 years. Most of my experience with the staff there are good, I'd put that number to 95%. The 5% are usually workers who are blur case, the staff supervisors are very open to suggestions, and are friendly as well, so you can make friends with them. The cafe's owner is very knowledgeable in WoW, and pc techs so I can easily talk to him if I feel the cafe has any problems/deficiencies, a lot of occasions I managed to talk him into installing a certain game that only 4-5 people play, out of the whole customer base.

In my personal opinion, this cafe is probably the best to play WoW in Subang Jaya, the place is easily accessible, connection is decent, and the environment/staff/customers are friendly. Ever play WoW in a cafe where every other customer has their volume turned to the max, and playing CS, DotA, O2JAM, and SDO? Noisy hell, and theres absolutely no way I can possibly raid in WoW in that kind of environment. Auto is the only cafe I've been in that helps regulate the volume.

Regarding this entire thread, I notice most, if not all the posts flaming the cafe has very low posts stat(new member), indicating one person trying to grief the cafe, in a very immature and obvious way.

Oh, and Rurue is a scrub.
