Nothing in my post did mentioned that we do not emphasize on customer service. As a matter of fact we are actually improving our customer service and that is why many of my staff has already been changed. As for this "customer" of mine, I think hes an ex staff but I'm not sure about it.
Those banging table, getting threatened thingy etc I have heard about them but not sure about the facts. So based on the facts here, I assume that the story goes like this.
lozer_yuyu23 was an ex-staff. Ex-staff enjoys 50% discount when playing at autosurf. However, we are changing that to 30% right now because we feel 50% is really too much

. So I changed all the ex-staff member discount to 30%.
Somehow, this lozer_yuyu23 got infuriated while all my other ex staff didn't. So he went to my cashier and bang on the table and ran his mouth off.
Then he created multiple accounts on LYN and called my staff names...AKA MR.autosuft ( man this guy can't even spell my cc's name after working here )
I'm not exactly sure about the telling off, what happened outside my cc is out of my control. All I know is, if he would just give me a call (yes he has my number!) and demand for an explanation, I would have told him nicely what is happening.
From experience, usually people that got told off are usually those with low EQ. My staff or ex staff (I'm not sure who told him off) have a better EQ than him. Based on the fact that MR.autosuft realised his discount got decreased by 20% and he went EMO and bang table,ran his mouth off and called ppl names on forum.
While my staff/ex staff got shouted at and called names, he merely told him off, in a nice way or not I'm not sure but at least he didnt go bang his head or lost his cool when Mr.Autosuft approach him at the counter etc.
So I would say my staff handled the situation pretty well and it was very matured.
In the near future we are putting up a customer suggestions/complains box at our counter, and our staff on duty will have a tag with their name on it. Once again this shows that customer service is one of our top priority.
