Hi mate,i got my q9400 on gigabyte ep45-ud3p board with these setting 3.60ghz stable, 8gb(4x sticks)kingston hyperX, air cooling with cooler master N620,CM690 casing 7x120mm fans, Prime95 large FFT test 12 hour idle 34c and max load temperature on core were 58c(Realtemp) i felt my room were so hot exist like standing on a kenny rogers roasting chimney drool.gif , running on windows 7 ultimate x64bit..thinking of ocing it higher but afraid might spoil the board n cpu as i almost running 24/7 perday..well im kinda newbies noob in oc,just wanna know whether are my settings were good enough? shall i make a little more tweak? any better suggestion? biggrin.gif
