My female is also a lot tamer than my male when they firs arrived. It depends on how your hammies were brought up, as in how much human contact they had. Roche was born in a home breeder's place so she's a lot tamer than my Ferro whom I bought from a pet shop. Although now they're both very tame lar.

Taming doesn't happen overnight. Bribe them more often and try to handle them daily for half an hour or more. Let them be comfortable with the idea that you're their provider.

They looked like about 3-4 weeks old... Still small now... When they get bigger they will require bigger space to roam and a bigger wheel at 8" in diameter. Also try to give them fresh veges and fruits or better yet Nezu's smoothie along with their dry food.

You can mixed 1 pack of Prestige or (1/2 pack of Prestige & 1/2 pack of Harry Hamster) with 1/4 pack of Britter Bunny. Try giving them some good quality dog kibbles for protein. Try to get those sample dog kibbles pack will be enough.

But don't give those Pedigree or other brands you can get from Supermarket. Those brands are not healthy.

I can't remember the names of dog kibbles I got from PetShack.

You can give about 3-5 pellets per day for syrians.

If I remember that cat kibbles cannot give to hamsters because it's too salty or something which will lead to hair/fur loss for the hamster.

Britter Bunny is for the hamsters' fur. So that it will healthy, soft and shiny (sounds like shampoo commercial ). But there is some who will disagree with using Britter Bunny for hamsters' fur. So it's up to you to decide.
