I'd like to get one too, they're usually cheap and easy to get, but they require drilling, and that's one thing I don't wanna do (or someone would not let me do) to my door frames sad.gif

I went to a metal shop, found a cold pressed 35MM diameter metal bar. Extremely strong, about 5 feet in length. Got it welded straight away, quick 5 minute job and brought it back. Drilled four holes in the wall, screwed the nut in and filled it up with a particular epoxy and covered the holes.

So far I've used it for;

-back levers
-muscle up
-kipping pull-ups (to the region of 20 reps)
-weighted pull-ups (with 35KGs)
-ring dips (with an ring attachment)

Total cost, RM35.
Metal shops, FTW.

Bought mine at Fitness Concept, Mid Valley at RM75/= , no need screw, just turn to extend the bar to fit into your door frame, max length is 88cm, able to support my weight of 81.2kg... so far so good biggrin.gif , saw another type with max length 100cm selling at cheaper price as well, but look not that strong (looks only & its my feeling la) so end up bought the one at Fitness Concept smile.gif
