I use GIMP lol... It can achieve most of the effects done by photoshop, but slower and tedious. It's legally free though.

Of course photosop is the best. now have the new version, CS3.
Its enemy is GIMP. Free opensource photo editing software.

Paint.NET for me. Simple enough and what's more it is free.

Yeap,im using GIMP too.
and er..
Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and acdsee is good for mosaic effects. But that's just me. =)

I tried someother tools, but it aint really as friendly as Photoshop to me.

i also quite like photoshop one.

if you use photoshop to edit photos of people, u should also consider upgrade/download the PhotoTune for photoshop.

I'm using GIMP but photoshop is the best among its level..

I am using XaraX, very user friendly..

i'm using paint.net for simple editing, and also adobe photoshop elements 6 for more advanced features.

most of it can do that..

for simple photo resize, i use irfanview. for simple photo touch up, i use picasa2

Im Using photoshop cs3.. learn it by the hard way...

Easy for me to edit my photo by using plugin....
The fastest way but minimal my skill

should post this in the photography section to get more precise feedbacks as theres a lot of serious hobbyist there that can give you their opinion...
