Alpha, Deka & Elmark, which one is the less problematic and with better customer service?
I been told by the sales guy that Elmark setting up the service center nearby and the service improved a lot, on site within 1-2 days. What say you? |

I bought Alpha LED Fan. The LED supposed to be emergency light as well. But it does not off after I off he Fan. I have to turn it off manually using the remote. Anyone having this issue?
