For an area of 17ft x 15ft.. is it enough to use Panasonic Bayu 4, or should I go for Panasonic Nami 4 blades..

any opinion.. I was told that Nami is for larger area and Bayu for smaller rooms.. is it true?

One question guys.. My house ceiling is quite low.. About 9'3'..
Plan to install regulator type fan.. See at KDK website the shortest length can go 18" = 1.5ft..

Can it be installed any lower?
