I think other than fan size, ceiling height also play an important factor for the wind reach... |

My condo has high incidents of parcels theft, and my heart beat almost stopped when the delivery guys sent the proof of delivery photo. Have to call my known neighbours to get help to pick up the parcels first. The other Alpha ceiling fans i purchased, all nicely wrapped in black packaging so less obvious what is in the package. Beware and do left message to seller to wrap the packaging if you purchase Sensa fan from Shopee. |

There is no "official store" for KDK, all online seller are just 3rd party dealer. Your bad luck to get a vendor who didn't wrap. I bought from physical store because I don't trust courier to deliver properly  I pre-ordered and then pick up from their store. Ya, i considered that and accepted the risk, and purchased from sellers with high rating and high number of units sold. But still, delivering a fan costing rm750-850 in its original packaging is just not acceptable. The other sellers i bought Alpha fans, they did up wrapping, which i would think it is common sense. Imagine if buy intimate pleasure toys and seller deliver in original packaging and left the parcel at condo delivery section with ur name and unit number on the label |

Basically he just put a small tape (weight) at the right blade location. Didn't pay anything cuz it's within 1 year of warranty.
