Am planning to change the existing ceiling fan in my room (KDK). I am planning to change it by myself since the hook and wiring is in place already.

1) Is it possible as a DIY simple swap job since the wiring and hook are all in place already?

2) Do I need to do balancing if I install it on my own?

3) Is balancing difficult to do? (in case I decided to proceed to install the fan myself).
