My deka have exactly same problem, rotate a bit and got beep noise and stop. Now even can't rotate anymore, ask the electrical ppl check say sensor spoilt need to change whole fan, just 3.5 years usage...before that, it still can rotate, but the speed maintain at low (probably speed level1) even though remote change to 2/3/4. and today, it doesn't even rotate, when turn on, it just move a little and stop immediately.
