Seeking urgent advise

Looking for a baby fan (40") below RM 350. KDK & Panasonic don't have models that meet these requirements, so I only managed to narrow it down to:

Alpha Prima
Vannus Iriz

Any advise if either of these 2 models are reliable?

Read some earlier reviews on the alpha Cosa series which were not great and the Alkova series is not worth the price I feel.


Another question is:

I noticed the VTouch JR & Sensa 5 has a Cut off safety device and blade safety plate feature in their specs but Sensa 4 doesn't have...is there a reason for this? Or does Sensa 4 actually have but they never list down?
