Hi All ,

Just to share with all Fellow Forumers here.... I bought 2 Fan brand AVILL by AVILL INDUSTRIES - 5 Blade Metal - Remote Control c/w 3 years warranty on Motor & 1 Year General Warranty .... RM 200 Each ...

AFter my electrician Install the Fan , the Fan is Shaking & Produce a Clicking Sound ... he said he couldnt do anything about it .... so , I call the Customer Service of AVILL , & a Technician Called me & attend to me 2 to 3 Days later... He came to Check on the Fan & realigned for both Fan for me... Now is Not Shaking anymore & no more clicking sound.... What i can say is I am quite satisfied with the After Sales & service so far , been using it for 2 weeks oni ....... smile.gif

Par@dox : The EURO uno Fan Died ar ??.... after how long..... After Warranty ar ??.. Wat did the Technician said??..

ah liew : I think u should ask the Person / The shop where u bought the item from .... , I have bought a Few electrical appliances including some fans , I think mostly is Chopped by the Dealer ...... but some said u post & some said NO NEED to Post , they said can alwasy refer back to them & they will help u ....... , I bought 2 fan AVILL last month , after installation the FAN was Shaking & producing a Clicking sound... , I went & check with the Place i bought it from , they ask me to call the MASTER DISTRIBUTOR / SUPPLIER about it .... Their customer service / technician attend to me 2-3 Days after i call them.... Wat they required from me was Where i bought it , wat model was it & when i bought it ... Then they came & rectify my problem .... i sign some Service sheet ... NO FEES was Charge.... , & i notice on the service sheet got written the Fan Serial no... i guess they have all the record of the Fans they have distributed & the Dealer must have informed them after they sold them....

But i do think that sometimes some other appliances/company, the Warranty Card Need to post one..... , anyhow i think the best is to Check with the Place / person u bought from...... & if got problem , i think u can always go back to the place u bought it from ... They will definelty help u with the warranty claim ..... Just remember to Keep your receipt & sales invoice properly...

The Best is Definitely to get the Chop lar... But sometimes they forgot to chop.... so , i think the best is to Check with the Place / person u bought from , or Insist on the Chop / The receipt too , & To be Safe Post the Warranty Card too ( only 30 cents Stamp only mar ) but the thing is dunno if they received or not.........

But i am sure if got problem , They will still warranty you if you can Produce the Warranty Card ( wether is it Chop or Not ) with The Sales Receipt / invoice Which have the Date......... The most important thing is Just remember to Keep your Warranty Card , Receipt / sales invoice properly... thumbup.gif

Impossible can get 2 units for RM460.  sweat.gif

I bought mine from Puchong, RM420, 2 months ago. The problem is the fan isn't that stable even in low speed. I can see it's shaking a bit. Might be something wrong with the installation process.

kianwee , i think the Fan's Balancing is off.... call the Supplier of the Fan & they will re-balance for u .....
my fan brand : AVILL , was shaking & dancing also ... after the contractors installed...i call up AVILL & they came & rectiy it ... biggrin.gif
