Anyone has experience with this two types of fan before? Alpha 828/3B and Alpha 828/5B?

Just installed Alpha fans... the 838/828 looks quite stylish but their normal regulator fans looks so plasticky and toy-ish. The regulator really looks very cheap. Having said that if you taking normal regulator fans, do go for panasonic or KDK.
