sorry ,what do u mean the remote function not working ?

i can control dvd-player remotely (using the receiver) but not astro decoder..at first i thought decoder broken or something, but from one of the old thread seems like it is common prob.

managed to get the remote thing to work, had to do some setup on the new decoder thing. now what left is getting the rca splitter for the audio to those who wondering how to solve it, u have to program the decoder to accept signal from old astro remote, do that by doing this on the astro remote

Hold Menu button, and then press 0, 0, 2. u may need to reboot the decoder after that.

I need info on Gadmei TV5600 Wireless LCD TV Box.
Lets say that I connect the transmitter to an Astro decoder in living room and the receiver to my LCD monitor in my bedroom, can i change the channel from my room using ori Astro remote?

lets put it this way..i dun think he knows bout the product. i walked in their subang branch today asking for (Gadmei GM2400 Wireless A/V Transceiver TV RM 258)
The two sales guys stare at me blankly as if im talking alien language.
Finally, one of them realise what im talking about, they say no stock. and only next month will have. ( no exact indication or interest of me wanting to buy one of their products )
Next i ask how much is the price. He answers.....there just like in the internet. Duh! I go to your shop. ask u bout a product and price u duwan to give me? lolololz
Personally, wont go there ever again and i dun recommend it.
