it's the one in Seremban rite?
They came to my uni for Career Fair. Well the pay they offer is highest among the other companies in the career fair, but i dunno though.

OO.. But they have IT Department at 1U

2 years back, I worked at ON before as fresh grad... Engineering Apprentice Program (not sure if this program is still running). Anyway, salary-wise is good, have contractual bonus, lots of training opportunities, and last but not least, bonded to the company for 2 years after confirmation.

U mean after confirmation, they bond u?
How was the IT career prospect and the environment at there?

Upon confirmation will give you something like a sign-in bonus (3-4 months if remember correctly), and bonded for 2 years, if leave earlier than the 2 years will have to pay back the company the pro-rata value of this sign-in bonus. Can't remember very well, I left just before confirmation.

Not too sure about their IT department's career prospect... No comment

but of course 2yrs is quite a long time for a fresh grad.

Erm... let just say I have a better offer that suites my interest more.

On semi is my supplier. But I've been buying from their China manufacturer.

Added on November 23, 2012, 2:34 pmI wish to apply for the internship for computer science in this company... few weeks ago they got post in jobstreet seeking the internship but i missed it cos my uni only recently inform us to find for company... and given us 2 weeks time... so i call On semiconductor, the people only ask me post my resume to their staffing department. But i am a bit worried by using posting....Do u have any contacts/email of the people from this company that i can contact to ask for more details?? thanks

Overall nt bad, benefits so so.. But work depends on ur manager or team lead...
