2 years back, I worked at ON before as fresh grad... Engineering Apprentice Program (not sure if this program is still running). Anyway, salary-wise is good, have contractual bonus, lots of training opportunities, and last but not least, bonded to the company for 2 years after confirmation.

Upon confirmation will give you something like a sign-in bonus (3-4 months if remember correctly), and bonded for 2 years, if leave earlier than the 2 years will have to pay back the company the pro-rata value of this sign-in bonus. Can't remember very well, I left just before confirmation.

Not too sure about their IT department's career prospect... No comment

Erm... let just say I have a better offer that suites my interest more.
