I think not much NES cart games using save game feature, only few long adventures/ strategy/ RPG using it (newer NES games usually). The more common save system during NES time is using password system for each level or milestone. If you're playing using Emulator, of course you can save state anytime u want (no need save game feature). The early NES games have a simple game mechanism actually, that's why many of them didn't require save game (maybe also expensive at that time) smile.gif

No save = increased difficulty too nod.gif

I remember finishing 2 NES RPGs which couldn't be saved, from morning 8 a.m. till midnight non stop, 1 mistake means "please play again tomorrow" sweat.gif

Yes, this is usually 3rd party product and not endorsed by SEGA. Everything almost looks the same, except there are built-in games. There are few 3rd party SEGA-endorsed product but usually they came on different shape and not copying the original SEGA models.

Those SNES/NES in a chip might have some compatibility issues, and the video chip isn't quite good.. otherwise I would have gotten one long ago since they are cheap sad.gif
