I think i kena con. Is not a LYN deal, but the seller do have thread at LYN.
Make payment to her account but i when i asked for tracking number, she keep giving excuses.
And now, she din reply my sms and answering my call.
What can I do? Report to police? Can sms be considered as evidence?
The amount is rm190, not a big amount. Does police accept this kinda case?
I only got her name, account no and ic no.

I still hoping she is not a scammer. So dun wanna disclose first.
Do you all think the possiblity for her to be a scammer is high?
I call non stop just now, but she din answer my call at all.

give her till friday. Send her an sms that if she don reply you will go to the police threaten her. If all fail then go police and spread her name acc no and phone num all over the web. Though RM190 is an amount you wont die losing, she will suffer whenever people google her. But give her time first at least a week she might just be going through some trouble

yeah. give her some time. maybe she's busy. last time the seller i bought from also never answer my calls, sms, emails. mana tau she went outstation without informing me. Sweat.

You can report to police, it is up to you. As long as it was considered as "Consideration" under contract law. The money you pay her, you must receive something from her. But now you didnt receive anything from her.

report police and keep all your receipt of transaction, if can post the information so that other will not kena again

bcoz previously i got some con case also.. then i bring the report to bank...
the guy tell me tat under wat Act 19XX then XXXX bank are not allowed to give customer details to third party except police...
then i can't get do anything... can't get the conmen details or freeze his account....
i ask the police go check... he say wat sort of thing about Bank Negara Malaysia =.=" then till now no news yet... :S
