No la... i used Celcom for my 1st year, it's not tht fast though but at least it's fine for me.
Can download and msn at the same time

Being a Malaysian you should know that since u were born.
The first week when i use it is resonable slow speed, then it get faster later.
But during may-june i stop it since its summer holiday,at the time the speed is so slow,it run with EDGE not HSDPA. Heard that they were upgrading during that time.
And the speed for now will be faster compare to b4 when i use it,few month ago.

No takes less than an hour to get urself registered. I went at 11.30 and finished my registration by 12
