Ok guys a question. For September 09 when do I have to submit my application? I was also wondering that I am predicted a 36 in IB diploma. Would that be enough to give me unconditional?

Wow, that's really a long time away. Erm, you can submit it like middle of next year. I'm not sure about that diploma thing though. You should ask the admin office.

in summary, orientation is not compulsory, it is short (i.e. few hours for a day), fun (depending on wat games/parties), from monday till friday

Actually i just got a house there, 1200 only~~ partially furnish~~Near to campus (Full)
My advise to those looking for house is to go there personally and look for the advertisements themselves. I found this house by this way.

yea, go personally.. i went back to campus tis monday n pass around TTS area.. many signboards/ads hanging..

erm, kinda active.. there's a rule in uni, any club/society muz hav a big event each year to remain active.. well, many foreign club is quite active too, to promote and share their culture.. not forgetting games/sport clubs..

does that mean that every person in the club must be active? i mean like super active to stay in the club.?

nope.. not really.. but it do helps with yr network/relation within the uni.. e.g. if u join SA (Student Association) and hav a post, i think many students will noe who r u, even lecturers.. but on the other hand, u need to spend more time n effort to run it..

oh i get it. thanks for the info. i was wondering since it does get bored often when staying in uni without doing anything useful.
