Chemical Engineering.. starting year 2 this sept.. din go to UK cz no $$

I got a question. do all the engineering students have lots of time to mix with each other?? because I got many friends doing chemical engineering, would be nice if could hang out with them in Uni. I'm in Civil

y not? if u wanna mix up after class, go ahead.. nth will stop u except assignments.. lol.. u can ask them to play games/sports with u.. no prob wat.. dun worry la.. after a week or a month u will get used to the life..

i've checked nott uni academic calendar 08/09 in its website.there;s a week called reading week.may i kno wat do we do during dis time?is it means there's no clas?

before i left for summer break, the staff there told me there will be new equipments coming in. i just curious.. cant wait to workout there..

ya.. i do read from emails saying closing some indoor sport facilities for renovation or wat so ever.. guess it will be improve more or less..

reading week = study week = holiday

I wonder about the photo for the student card... They will snap the photo there or they will use the photo they asked us to bring to the registration day?

They will snap it there, that's what I kena last time. Unless they have changed.

And, when will we receive the login id and password to use the ISCRA/TISCRA computer facilities?

If they snap it there, then what is the purpose of the photos that we are required to bring??

May be to create a profile for each student?

student card, id n pass will get it around a week or 2 weeks later.. some fast some slow..

the photo required is for creating student profile for office use..
