Have you checked the INTERNET LED located at the center? It should be turned ON when adsl modem is successfully connected.

And have you tried both wired & wireless connection?
Since the router got 4 LAN port, try to connect one to your PC.
Then check ipconfig. Even if the router is set to factory setting, it should be able to give you a valid IP.

Hello there....I wonder if anyone can advise me on this problem that I'm facing. Last Sunday, I registered for the RM66 streamyx package (without modem), and it's self-installation too.

The agent told me to connect the phone line to my router to see if the the DSL light is stable or not. Ok, it's stable. Then I tried to open the following pages:

http://192.168.0.1/
http://192.168.1.1/
http://192.168.1.100/

but they wouldn't open! Why is that? I've tried with two different routers: Aztech Wireless G Router and Prolink11g. Streamyx has already activated my account too. So, what's left to do now is to fix this router problem, right?

Thanks for reading this and I'd really appreciate your advice!

Have you try downloading the manual?

manual.pdf click me

well, since it already stable the line, now the problem is login into the modem setting. Which 192.168.1.1 in the browser. If this can't be open, make sure you already connect 'wiredly' into the router first then try again.

I also have the same problem you described but the wifi router model is WL830RT4 (not LT4), with streamyx.

I set the streamyx account id and password in modem so can automatically connect to internet.

While in router side, I chose Dynamic IP but router just can't get the data like dns, gateway from modem. (i checked the router at 192.168.1.1 with wire)
I use belkin wifi router and it works like a charm without giving me any hard time.

Tried using PPPoE in router but same problem not showing data in WAN session in 192.168.1.1.

I tried this aztech router with P1 modem (i have p1 service too) and it can receive data from modem, and online without problem. What is wrong with their setting has to do with streamyx setting??

I google around and seem have some users encountered this and wonder if this is a bug.

How you solved it?

had the same problem bro. But i manage to fix it. 1st hardware reset & software reset ur Riger (make sure the internet LED not lighting up after reset). Then connect ur router & modem. Goto to quick setup & select PPPoe, then key in ur username & p/word(dun forget the streamyx suffix at the back). Then goto network>WAN>choose Connect Automatically. Last step juz reboot ur router & ur good to go

Hey there, I'm using AZTECH DSL5005EN modem but it has a user limit at my modem router but I don't know how to change the user limit.
I know it is at 192.168.1.1 but I have no idea where should I press to change the user limit.
