why would you want to use it offline?
but yes,you can.
pointless,but you can (in the settings area you can test the mic's responsiveness)

im not sure about regular bluetooth headsets being able to stream every single bit of audio,but in some games only some portions of the game have headset support

example:
during real time codec sequences in MGS4,you can stream that to your headset.
but any other bit of audio comes out from the speakers

just register for as many PSN accounts as you want tongue.gif

i registered for US/UK/JPN/SG.

each occasionally has different demos and offerings (themes,etc)

i have to wait 2 days to download 1 GB on a 512k line.(from PSN Store)

yesterday and today..hell,the whole week!

every 10 minutes log off.

then every minute

then every SECOND!

restart the router,same thing.

restart router again, repeat the whole damn process again.

didnt bother checking my ip cos youtube and gametrailers download just fine on my pc

Added on October 13, 2008, 12:17 amjust kept restarting the router again and again and again....

for some reason the router im using now doesnt have a connect/disconnect button :/ (on the page)

so have to restart sleep.gif

i do it wirelessly,anyway tongue.gif
takes about the same time as i would restart the connection happy.gif

if you're using Vista,just place all your media in their respective folders(music in Music folder,etc) and enable sharing in network settings.

then stream via wifi(never tried cable,so cant say for certain)

the ps3 can play vob files(dvd files) too.

so if you have mkv files that you wish to play on the ps3,just use mkv2vob and convert it to vob.

i just tried it earlier today,plays smooth biggrin.gif

deselect whatever you dont want to use to force the ps3 to display in that resolution.

example:
deselect
480p
720p

select
1080p

the ps3 will display only in 1080p

a couple of months/weeks ago i used opendns to see if it can make me stay on PSN longer than 5 minutes

didnt realise opendns makes the ps3 downloads crawl...literally!

i formatted my external hard disk(80gb) to FAT32,but it doesnt work rclxub.gif

the hard disk goes on and off (like it's a connection issue)
