I did look at the place around 2 years back when they were launching the 3-storey houses at RM1.2m. The neighborhood is nice as people said, lots of shopping areas close by. However those shopping areas are very popular and the weekend crowd can get a bit too much.

My biggest gripe is the exit/entrance to the area, at the time there was only the entrance near Ikano/Ikea and 1U/TV3. That section of LDP was also prone to flooding.

However in the end I didn't think that it was worth RM1.2m for an intermediate 3-storey link house.

i dont think mutiara damansara still has free land to develop new house right?

if you say kota damansara yea, further inside stil has empty land..

i think there might still be some land further in, close to damansara perdana.
