hi all... i intend to purchase a link house in mutiara damansara. wat do u guys think of this area?

2.5 storey at rm 800k, 2 sty at 700k (22x75). wat u think of the price? do u think its good for long term investment?

i think the traffic in mutiara is much better than bandar utama... very seldom jam, unless maybe early in the morning.

mutiara damansara not bad, is near to police station, shopping malls and quite convenient in term of amenities etc. My fren bought one in year 2000 during launch time cost abt 400k. Now it already appreciated up to 650-700k. good buy even abit pricey now...

Not sure about that. Think Kota Damansara is the worst. To me, I think Bandar Utama is better than Mutiara Damansara.

traffic is bad in that 3 area - BU, MD and KD
But still can buy if you got money

nice place to invest, but not for own stay.. dem hectic la those area..

nice new area, and the only freehold land in that area. plus the lrt is rumoured to be coming up somewhere there, and mutiara has got even more projects lined up for the area. can't lose if you ask me.

What other projects are coming up in that area? LRT also? That would be great! Do you have any reference to these facts?

good place for shopping mah... (but i dont think people wanna stay there and do shopping everyday)

about the lrt there was an article in the papers recently about it being extended to kota damansara. also, another article in the papers biz section about mutiara goodyear putting up the office block there, and that article also mentioned the proposed lrt.
