The thread was started way back in 2008, and from what I understand, the Malaysian authority has banned it in Malaysia?
Fast forward 5 years later; has it changed? Or is it still banned? From the look of things, I think it is still banned, as finding melatonin in leading pharmacy is futile.. |

LIke some of the other users related, you'd develop tolerance to melatonin after some time. You could try some of the sleep formulas from Iherb or elsewhere typically containing : Valerian Passion lflower Hops Scuillcap Chamomile Magnesium Calcium L-theanine Many also include melatonin, so try not to choose those.
