Not really PA's fault entirely. Local postmen are largely to be blamed too.

actually partly is PA fault, the box they use are too fragile, hence lots of complain, they should look into these problem...

But for free shipment, I think you cant complaint much...

It's not free shipment. p-a overcharge for almost all their goods.

I also received a box 70-80% flatten... head detached, figure stand broken, Post- Malaysia tape the boxes back... Luckily the figures are revoltech/play arts with movable/detachable joints

Ow, that Shiki >o< I wonder if P-A really uses lower quality boxes, realised that when I get stuff from HS or HLJ the boxes are always pristine

yup HLJ and HS box really tough one... but PA...

maybe they like to put heavy stuff above PA boxes

I wonder why my shiki haven't been sent out from HS.. been in "preparing for shipment" stages for >1week already.. gonna email them now.. -.-"

i cried an ocean and i still cant get over it. i already wrote to them though and they told me to return it but then again, i wouldnt want to go thru the hassles of finding an overpriced one at ebay... i feel like cry.gif again
