Everytime there's a new game it patches. There must be a more efficient way of implementing GFWL.

LOL...0 day patch for batman as mentioned. to turn on physx and bug fixes!

I miss the good old days where you could just install it and let it run.

Hey, can anyone help me there. Want to buy ori of this game. But I read the Eidos forum. It seems that the security used for the game is an infamous one. Can anyone confirm for me if the game has limited installs or not or must connected to the internet?

Plus, does our country support GFWL oh? Is it really troublesome to update?

Securom is on just about anything nowadays so i don't think it makes a big difference anyway. i believe you can actually play the game offline by making an offline profile but i didn't actually try this yesterday.

I now have 3 games using GFWL (the other 2 are Dawn of War 2 and Street Fighter 4). Updating is actually really easy. You just sign in and it automatically updates. It took forever for the 0 day patch yesterday on my narrowband line althought it was downloading at 100kb/s+

GFWL isn't officially supported in Malaysia - a lot of IDs are tied to singapore and the US afaik (mine is based in EU as i made mine many many years ago through xboxlive). Locale doesn't really matter for gameplay although it does matter for the ease of getting MSPoints and DLC.

Batman AA is pretty amazing though. Although i'm running physx disabled (didn't try enabling it either since physx in mirror's edge sucked) due to my aging 8800gts 512mb, it's pretty smooth on 1920x1200.

Mirror's Edge pre-patch had a bug in it that made PhysX go bonkers. Apparently it works flawlessly here. DYNAMIC PAPER!

Imma going to turn it on then! But if is drains my fps off it goes again! Even without physx - game looks gorgeous, even if (thanks to the Unreal engine being used) Batman seems to have a sweaty mouth area lol.

Noticed last night that the new DLC was up on Windows Marketplace. It's free - unfortunately it needs a gold account to download. Now what i'm wondering is - when the hell did they implement gold/silver accounts for GFWL?!? Hoping it's a bug.

Last time, there actually was a distinction (Like with Xbox Live). They changed it late last year. But, yes its definitely a bug since all GFWL accounts are considered Gold accounts now.

any news on the joker campaign?
strictly exclusive for ps3 or will include in pc ver.
and more import, it comes free?

Hopefully it unlocks for GFWL later today... quite gatal for FREE DLC - even if i'm not done with the main story.

WTS, if i buy the original dvd game of this batman.... do I have to put in the game disc into the rom everytime i want to play it? Or just install and can run anytime without the disc? Pls Help..... tq

i just installed the game and gfwl has to update my v1.0. how long does it normally take to download the patch? wonder what's the size? i've already waited for nearly 2 hours already..bummer

i've got my copy, played it for 3 hours and i tink this is the best batman game ever for PC! Could have been better if not for the console-ish of of the game. Goons are too easy to handle.

With Riddler's challenge on the side, makes the game more interesting.
