not sure mayb on the 16. coz have to register at LUCT.. but mab coming there around this week to see a friend of mine.. mealworms are easy to take care of.. tey dont eat regularly. feed them carrots just little amount would b ok. like the tip of the carrots. im starting to breed them out of curosity. they do smell after a while..

an advice for u,change the substrate once u saw anything shaped like mites.. hmm.gif

its not that its good or not.. its just a matter of maintenance.. have to check ur tank regularly. and if theres something u dont like in the tank then get it out or clean the whole tank.. i usually do that. i look closely at the subtrate and if theres something i dont like and something that moves then i just clean the whole tank....

no matter how quickly i remove dead crickets from the tank, the flies will already be there. Then the mites. So if i see a lot of flies in the tank i'll change the substrate immediately. My scorp did get the infection once, but now it's gone brows.gif

when u say your scorpion got infected by the mites.. how did you get it all clean from your scorpion??

you could actually leave it on the sun for sum time.. at scorching time... afternoon is the best....i do that save me the trouble using a food machines for soil and things.. can get deceases... shocking.gif rclxub.gif

i didn't do anything! I just cleaned the tank up immediately, but the mites were already there. Then the next day i kinda forgot about it blush.gif coz i was busy...now no more liao. cheers.gif
