see quite some ppl moved in...but access card not redy yet..contractor mentioned by end of Nov access card system will be ready.

I asked 5 people quoted and finally choose them. Can look for Joseph Mah. Feel their service not bad include Jason and Kent.

developer offered only 75% of the discounted selling price for LAD to settle out of court..anybody got result of tribunal ruling? I thinking to challenge in tribunal instead of accepting out of court settlement...

well, if u just want to be sure before dropping by, call the sale gallery# 03- 7877 3820 / 03-7877 3920.
Be patient when u call, coz only 1 person jaga office (i.e. raymond) , u might need to call few time only got ppl pick up call... dont call during lunch, coz no one will pick up call.

Also car park consider into maintenance charges r b.s. to me. Never I had a condo doing that no even my mk unit..
