Hi guys...did anyone here already gone thru Tribunal hearing for Blck D?? any advice? mine would be next week....i noticed in the KPKT website that there was one person whose hearing would be on 3/10/2012 (if not mistaken)...but not sure whether he's in this forum....for those who already gone for the hearing pls update here or contact me at kshan223@yahoo.com.....Bro Alvin any offers from developer yet....it seems the developer only will talk abt the compensation if you guys go to Tribunal....lousy ppl....guys pls mail me at above mail to discuss further on compensation....its better we all have same stands on this matter....

Ya do that...this F treating us like a trush....dont botter to give any proposal till we filled in Tribunal....and then expect us to jst accept their proposals and got gutts to msg me saying Tribunal wont pass my request.....WHO THE HELL THEY THINK THEY ARE till can talk on bahalf of Tribunal....dont give them easy way out guys....

I guys....for those who yet to receive compansation from the developer...you may just go lodge a report at Tribunal and get things done really faster then waiting for the developer to give any proposals...and stand for your rights as a buyer....we have all the rights to claim 100%....anything you guys can PM me...i've already done my claim and the hearing was successfully done.....i would get my 1st cheq next month....
