Dear all.. So far my cheques have no issue.. The only incident happen was on March that the account departments delay a month payment.. ( mine was monthly collection basis).. Frankly at that point of time, I did doubt about the financial status of Taipan but after analyzing the progress claimant they've made and the completion of the condo structural, I think they should still be financial strong..
Mine was fifth floor at block A and the progress claim till now was only 35% where actually the block A structural was almost completed.. Beside, they are almost can handover block D but still keep delaying which all of us not sure what are they thinking but the only thing I can see here is if they really lack of money, they will be the one who really urge to handover as the can easily claim another 5% from all the units which estimated more than 4mil..
By the way, we should really meetup by this Saturday and need the management to reply the Syabas or any other issue which leading the delay.. Is better that mr Lau will join us for the meetup..
Can someone here initiate the meetup and update us the firm time and we together meetup in the sales gallery.. Kindly assisit in this matter..

Doomdoom / KShan223 can either one of you contact YB Lau to arrange with Taipan on this for tomorrow Sat. 26May time 10.00am. I know they had not responded & I hope they will not turn us down. As we can review in their webpage they have projects in this area like Plaza Sentral PJ (http://www.taipangroup.com.my) future Boulevard & Commercial Square PJ (http://www.taipangroup.com.my/web/03_01.asp). We have to look into the bright side as this area will have a face lift / redevelopment and I don't think they will STOP here or abandon them.
My proposed agenda:
1. Introduction by Taipan - concerns, issues & development.
2. Timeline - Syabas action plan.
3. Timeline - swimming pool / club house facility- relocation of temple, if this is still pending.
(I guess this should allow Block A, B & C to proceed smoothly).
4. Timeline - CF issuance Block D. Distribution of keys.
5. Proposed compensation:
- CF issuance, keys in-hand without club house facility.
- after keys in-hand to deliver CF of club house facility (can be same proposal as item #5).
6. Any assistance needed from us that YB Lau or Taipan might need that we can provide to expedite this project. Maybe we can have the MBPJ to joint us as I know this area in section 51a is expected a face lift.
We can also have a discussion on a joint report / complaint to the Ministry of Housing rather than individual if we can't get Taipan to meet us.
Any other suggestion can be added or for future review. Please sent in your proposals.
