maybe this is out of topic. i can buy stuff in US PSN using this entropay account rite? and use my US PSN ID to download. does this US PSN Store have some kind of IP lock that did not allow other than US IP to download.

coz i actually want to have those tv series... and share those with whoever interested.

do you mean the Video store in Us Psn, even you can buy and download, you might not able to watch on your ps3 due to region lock.
