i think he mean, on monday he will start to ask u to sign the bank aggreement, pay full downpayment (if got) and get stock allocation from the bos (chasis & engine no), and then he will proceed with e-hakmilik fr the bank (take more or less about 24 hours), issueing the insurance cover note and check either the customs & excise duty paid (for the car) and lastly , printing the K1 form (jpj new car for registration form) ... all this process take between 2-4 working days .... sweat.gif (fuhhh!!) biggrin.gif

yes you can because most cars nowdays uses a catalytic converter and do not need lead anymore in the fuel and besides lead is not good for environment. reason they use lead last time is lead provides some form of protectant to piston heads to prevent them from wearing out.

most malaysian cars on the road are all tuned to RON90 and above ... so that mean anything below RON90 will be ok, to achive optimum power and their so called controlled enviroment's FC its recomended you use at least RON90 so anything above should still work but u dont get any diff la ... no extra power or so called extra mileage

i would say the mileage realy really depends on the way u drive ... aihh what can i do poor ma .. mah have to drive poor mans way lo ... slow acceleration ... constant speed ... proper braking ... but dont la brake last minute ... hahahaha

so in another word, RON90 using the closest RON like RON92 should be fine ...

then again some other cars like the civic or some other which i do not know of ... must use RON95 and above - so cars like this cannot use RON92, cannot get optimum power and such ... so closest is RON97 ... V-Power ...

which will cost u a bomb ... so far in my Viva ... i only pumped it twice only ... syiok syiok go pump VPower ... hahaha

the best is payhim by cash or by bank draft (coz we value bank draft as a cash), if u pay him by cheque, we need to do cheque clearing then only can start on key in the k1 form info .... yes your car expected being deliver on thursday or friday thumbup.gif

If the bos already allocated him with the chasis & engine number, then he can start to do all the processing already. just sms your salesperson ask him for the chasis & engine no. If he can provide it, thats mean he already got from the bos. If not, he need to wait the bos to came back after raya (on monday)

is there a button in viva to turn off the alarm?
My dad Proton Saga BLM has one big button just below center aircon vent that can turn off the alarm. Kind of handy for auto thieve...

Anyway I was thinking more of a situation where my alarm remote battery has run dry, and I can only open the car with car key, alarm go off then what should i do to turn off the alarm?

dont worry, just insert the key into the ignition slot, just on and off (do not start the car) for 6 times and take the key out, the alarm will reset it automaticly. this method applicable to all perodua models
