Bro, why is it a disadvantage if build on a commerciall land? Can you explain more on it. Actually I've booked 1 unit of this apartment. For me it is easy access from main road and there is a new shopping complex opening soon next to it.
It is on a commercial title, that means all utilities, assessment and quit rent is based on commercial rate which is very high-build on commercial land.
