i asked my lawyer friend, he said it depends on whether your title is out yet, and whether it is freehold or leasehold, and also on what bank you took from. but he did say that the fees is high for 84k loan.
if you want, scan the invoice and i will pass it on for you to my lawyer to take a look. |
