Hi, normally how much is the loan + transfer fees for property price 96k and loan 90% at 84k?
I had ask the other laywer which tell me total is about 4.3k (1.8+2.3) before discount.

But today when i sign the loan agreement, the laywer told me i have to pay 4.7k (2.5+2.2) after discount
How come the loan amount is varies so much compare to i was quote from other firm?

Yes, different law firm have different charges. Even the same law firm can have different prices depending on who you talk to smile.gif

i asked my lawyer friend, he said it depends on whether your title is out yet, and whether it is freehold or leasehold, and also on what bank you took from. but he did say that the fees is high for 84k loan.

if you want, scan the invoice and i will pass it on for you to my lawyer to take a look.

My fees is 2.5k + 2.2k is transfer title fees + loan agreement fees. Cause i did not take and not entitled for ZEC.

My case is strata title is on developer, so i need extra $ to get the strata title. and It is FREEHOLD.

Does my fees is too high?

I think

Title transfer = 2.5k
Loan agreement = RM2.2k
