The leaves are discoloured (see photo 2) though but I am not sure if its due to nutrient insufficiency or its naturally variegated. Can anyone advise?

Hi all, just brought a Wrightia Religiosa bonsai from Chengtai today as the trunk shape looks good and price is very reasonable.
The leaves are discoloured (see photo 2) though but I am not sure if its due to nutrient insufficiency or its naturally variegated. Can anyone advise? Thanks Attached thumbnail(s)
